Have been trying to complete a map in autochart pro. All goes well until step 3, the update icon is not highlighted and I cant continue, so what am I doing wrong?

After fighting this problem for several months it looks as tho I have a corrupt card...believe it or not that is good news......perhaps now I can get to mapping
