How to make a duplicate Zerolines Card?

I want to make gifts for my friends of all the maps I have made of our cottage lake. I have purchased a couple of Zeroline Cards.
I have tried to copy from mine to the new ones but it runs out of space.
Is there a way to do this?

You cannot simply copy the AC folder to a new card, that does not work. When I tried that, it caused my unit to shut down. I tried it twice with the same results.

What is required is to insert the new card into your PC and go through the whole "map here/create map/update LakeMaster" process for the area you have mapped. It can be a cumbersome process, it took me 1-1/2 hours to update a second card, but I have a fairly large map.
