Hi all,
Please, can you help my friend, because i don't know.

He make an installation on the PC with Windows 8 and he have an error message: "An Error occurred during startup (3-80070424)" when he launch Autochart. See a picture.

Not sure. Do you know if he entered the activation code?
Maybe try uninstalling it, and then try to reinstall the program.

Thanks for your reponse camo bur my friend have make 3 uninstall & reinstall but is always present...

He make an essai with Anti-virus, Firewall are disactived but is'nt good...

Now is ok. isn't a bad copy just a problem with windows 8 and maybe other soft.

My friend have make a restore (FULL RESET) his computer as when he received and 5 minutes after it is good.
