Autochart standard windows 10 Empty Autochart standard windows 10

I'm using autochart standard with a windows 10 pc and when I import the .dat file it states conversion done but no green box shows up
I just recently installed autochart on this PC is there something I'm missing? Ive had autochart installed on a different pc not sure but think it was windows 7 with no issues at all ??

Windows 10 not supported it says on the box, maybe that is it
