"Create Map" issue

hello, all
I'm having trouble creating a map either from the tutorial data or from my recorded data. My specific questions are why does the background map change? and why is the map not being created? I have uninstalled and re-installed AC Pro several times, including uninstalling related folders and clearing registry entries. Any helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated.

My equipment:
Helix 10 SI GPS
AutoChart Pro
Windows 10 laptop

Resources used:
Getting Started Guide
Installation and Operations Guide
Zero Line Car Manual
Helix User Manual

Here is the issue using tutorial data:

Screen appears normal after importing .ht file


But when I click "Map Here" the normal background map disappears and becomes a white grid


Hitting the "Create Map" button yields this screen


Moving the left-side slider all the way down only makes the contours disappear


Again, any help would be great

Out of curiousity, did you have the ZeroLines SD card in the computer?

Yes, with or without the zl card installed, results are the same.

Hallo,

try to change the options from the background map. It is to find under Tools>Options>Background Map and you must change to "AC".

I hope it is right. I am a newbie in Autochart.
