computers wont read zero line card

My name is Craig Hanson. I purchased AutoChart last summer and I'm still having the same issue. Every time I put the AC card in my computer, the computer says it has to format the card, which I've not let it do.

I've called the company and even sent them my card but still don't have an answer, but I did get my card back.

My laptop is an older XP machine and my desk top is running Windows 7 neither will read the card. I understand there are issues with older computers reading high capacity cards.

Anyone have any suggestions?

This a problem with windows 7. No your card SD. You don' t must accept the formating or your sd card or other equipement is dead.
I have the similary message

I ended up buying  a new laptop with windows 10 and all my problems went away. Everything working fine now.
