Having a technical issue Empty Having a technical issue

Normally when I import data from the sd card that I use to record the lake bottom, it creates a green square box around the area of the lake that I recorded. After I am done copying it to my autochart sd card, I click on the white box in the far upper left corner to reset the software and remove the green box. This last time, the box doesn't go away. I tried closing and opening the program, and I tried rebooting the computer. It won't go away. Does anyone have any suggestions or do you know of a tech support number for Humminbird that deals with auto chart issues?
