Autochart Uninstall and reinstall

I am having problems with Autochart Zero lines map and other issues. So I want to try reinstalling Autochart, but the Humminbird people tell me I can only do this once. However I have read on this forum that people have done so many times with no problems. Should I ignore Humminbirds warning or not? I also feel that due to the fact I bought the program I should be able to load and unload it on my system as often as I wish. I am running windows 10, but everything was running fine for some time, so at this time I am only interested in the load and unloading issue.

I am unaware of any restrictions on installing/uninstalling/reinstalling AutoChart on the SAME computer. I was having problems with AutoChart on one of my computers and I did the uninstall/reinstall several times before the problem was resolved.
