ADDING MORE INFORMATOION OVER A EXISTING MAP CREATED

When i have run over a existing area that has been mapped already, the information from the second recording does not blend into and update the existing map, it just does a overlay over it. what is the procedures and steps to add new information on auto chart pro to blend the 2 sonar recordings together.

You need to have ALL data open that you want to use, to create the map.
The reason you are having the problem that you are, is because you open just one .acd auto chart file, create a map from it, do the lake master update, and you only get map data from that one file.
Go to File -> New, and make sure when you right-click the map and click 'Map Here', that ALL of the data is displayed for creating your map.
