Autochart Pro not updating Zero Line

Hi Guys,

Tried all the suggestions from this forum already, but since the start when updating my Zero Line card ,it quits and says error windows needs to stop the application (win 10 fully up to date)

I removed the AC Pro installation and edited the registry already a few times, restart and re install but no remedy.

Could it be the fact that I bought it online from HB (Autochart Pro and in a separate download the European Zero LIne card)
Could there be an issue with AC Pro and the Europe Zero Line Card, though that seems weird since I boought them online from HB.

AC Live records to the card without any issues,
