AutoCart PC won't make 3D map Empty AutoCart PC won't make 3D map

I had been using AutoChart for a handful of months and had made several maps successfully.  One day something changed.  The maps work like normal in my Helix unit but on the computer screen, I've kind of lost control.  The depth lines are colored and worst of all, the 3D view will no longer draw correctly.  It will show the colors for the different depth levels but there is not 3D effect - it is flat.  I can still make it rotate but all I have is a flat plane, not something with heights and valleys.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas?

The problem was solved this spring with a TOTAL uninstall of the software and reinstall.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't work.  I ended up deleting some files in the Windows registry.  I don't have the exact info with me but I can find it if anyone needs it.
