Lakemaster Update does nothing

Made it to the step of updating my map and the update icon is gray and when I click on it nothing happens. Help!! Windows 7 system , AutoChart program. Recorded sonar on Helix 7 SI, imported dat files.

I have the same issue with a Helix 9. Everything worked great up until I went to update and the update icon is gray. Anyone else seen this?

Are you trying to update the Lakemaster card or the AutoChart Zeroline card? Not sure you can update a Lakemaster card but if you are using the Zeroline card with a SD adapter card make sure the tab is not in the locked position.

I know my update icon is greyed out if I do not have my Zeroline card inserted.

I have tried the Autochart Zeroline card with the tab in both positions and the button is still grayed out. When I put my cursor on that button, the context help indicates that this button is used to update the Lakemaster SD card with new chart data.

I think I figured it out. I did >File>Export to AC Live. Now I'll have to try it out.
