Error message while trying to start a recording

The error says "error creating file" . It will not allow me to record with the zero lines card in. I have an 899 unit. I have used it two other times prior. Anyone have a solution. Thanks

I have had similar errors while using my Helix 5 SI micro SD card and it was because the card was not fully inserted. May also want to verify that the SD card write protection was not enabled by mistake.
