Tips Video on using AutoChart PC Program

Got to play with the AutoChart PC Program and here is some Tips and Feature of the AutoChart PC Program.

At 3.30 sec on your video, you open autochart pro and you get a map that comes up! my question is what is that map, and I can't get my program to show and maps it just a white back ground. please help what am I doing wrong?

I'm in the same "boat" When I start the Autochart program I am presented with a blank white screen.. Hovering my mouse on the screen I can see the coordinates, so I know it is loading "something" but no idea what.. and I haven't been able to figure out how to reset it back to the map as shown in the video.
